To be frank, given the terrible state of Canada's healthcare system and hospitals, Canada surely needs a whole bunch of nurses, doctors and co, because let's face it, it's worse than in USA...
The truth is a lot of countries that have universal healthcare systems or semi-public will face harsh times in the future, the NHS is in shambles, the french health care system is on its death bed and as the population gets older and the government doesn't want to pay to train new doctors or nurses, the only solution in the short term is immigration or letting people die in the gutter...
There is no such thing as a free lunch when it comes to healthcare.
My ex-wife was Canadian. She had a sister with two young daughters who kept getting really sick. Not normal colds or flus, but fevers that were close to killing them, and coughs and such that would take weeks to go away. Just to get them into see a general practitioner (not even to see a specialist) took at least 6 months (sometimes longer). The Canadian "ER" wait times are also ridiculous (hours just to be seen). My ex-wife moved to the States to live with me, and talked about her sister's problems like it was normal. I attempted to explain how not-normal it was. This was around 2010. It's getting worse.
Not too long ago I tried to see a doctor in Canada and I was informed I needed to call the same day I wanted to visit and see if I could get in that same day, they weren't taking walk-ins or scheduled appointments, only a lottery system for same-day bookings. I called like 20+ times the next day and never got through to the line until literally 2 hours after they opened. Of course, they were fully booked for the day so I'd have to call again the next day. That's how bad it is.
Yeah, except instead of doctors and nurses they're importing hundreds of thousands of illiterate niggers and goatfuckers who aren't fit for even the most menial tasks, and never will be, and neither will their children and grandchildren, and instead they just put even more strain on an already failing system, while whites get to watch TV ads telling them not to worry, they can always go get killed.

Canada's way out ahead of you on that one. They'll kill you in a nice comfy bed if you ask for it, or sometimes if you don't.
yeah, they call that "assisted suicide" and are praised for it because "progress"... complete dystopia.
