Yes, I will lead by example and... Do... What? At the very least I speak the truth and stand for what is right in my own little circle of life, which is more than many of my fellow race. There's nothing that can be done. Germany lost. It's over. It's going to be centuries before anything good can possibly come out of society for mankind. To be fair, I think what ForeignInvader is saying is that, regardless of genetic heritage, the people that live in today's Germany share a little in common with the country that fielded probably the greatest militaries in the world in both 1914 and 1939.
Regardless of their crimes in World War II, as a student of military history, I find it a source of both mystery and consternation to see the country that pretty much defined combined arms warfare and the foundations of how every modern military fights reduced to a place that had national angst over having to decorate their own soldiers for valor during the war in Afghanistan.
Likewise Japan. I don't know how the US did it, but our post war reconstruction of those countries was the spiritual equivalent of gelding a wild stallion.
The answer is Keynsianism. Which is effectively Fabian Socialism, and is poison to the world. The demographic damage to Japan from Fabianism is worse than that of our firebombing campaign which destroyed 85% of Japan.

I utterly reject the idea that the people of these places have lost who they were. While genetic heritage is not something I believe is a major influence on culture, I will also say that "National Character" is very real, and absolutely exists.
I just read him a line of the common national character of the Germans which, despite involving a people which didn't even have a single state to represent them prior to the mid-19th century, and despite being ravaged by armies of dozens of nations (including the fucking Sweedes), and despite being the victim of the 30 Years War which killed a million people in the 17th century: the German people carry on all across the globe with their national character (and many other heritages) in tact.
The Japanese are much the same way. They have their own excellent national character of industriousness, literacy, culture, and community. And since y'all got me fucking Sowell posting:
