This is something that I've started to really turn towards. Meritocracy is always less than integrity. Otherwise, you're just hiring a mercenary. You shouldn't even be hiring someone who can't handle understanding that their social place is determined by their work, their social relationship with co-workers, and their trust by the rest of the company.
If they can't handle a dynamic social environment, then they need to get out. They will cause more problems than they can solve.
Oh, you will get no complaint from me on that regard. It was just a theory, like how there is evidence that a lot of the hardcore Black Nationalist types came from the tribes that were going around enslaving the other Africans (which may be why they think they are superior).
I'm sure there are Brahmins that won't adapt, but we're supposed to select against that. I get the feeling that we're seeing something different in progressive companies because Brahmin racists probably fit the agenda of progressive racism.
