Agreeable cuckoldry like this is the reason the left dominated the culture for decades. The left boycott and defame any company or artist that does not follow their agenda, meanwhile the "right" (if you can call it that) will accept all sorts of ideological bullshit just because they like the gameplay, or special effects, etc. THIS is why all entertainment companies only try to please the left, because they know there is nothing to lose, and a lot to gain.
