Why is a black person going to target something to celebrate? Do they think that target is outside of most black peoples budgets?

Regionally, I have known people to go to target to avoid black people, who are perceived to shop at Wal*Mart. Which aspect of Target drives the blacks away, I don't know, but it isn't universal. Some Targets were put in black neighborhoods, and Target simped heavily for them after some of these Targets were looted.
Don't you get it? Them coloreds is just too dumb to get an ID, and too poor to go to Target. These monkeys need to listen to ME, because I know what's good for them!
