I am convinced that a large portion of these people would not hold the beliefs they do if at any point in their life they had experienced what it was to be punched in the face by someone who knows how to throw a punch.
There is too much novelty involved in the thought process. The indelible smarm that gives momentum to these escalations come from a lifetime of getting away with little dopamine bumps in overly effeminate social hierarchies.
Then there is the nature of the beast, where a person gets too familiar and thinks that they can keep taking ground until they're trying to hit you.
It's almost childlike. Then come the beliefs that get punched into you.

Or they toughen up and learn how to deal with adversity instead of crying like a little bitch whenever they don’t get their way.
Or they are forced to hold it in because the faculty will punish them for fighting back, thus it will build, and build, and eventually explode.
Which I saw happen all the fucking time in my school years, and it's only gotten worse since.
Legalize fighting back.
