So if the family actually takes Kanye to court couldn’t he just pull up the report showing the fentanyl in his system? Or get his own experts? I guess what I’m getting at is of it would get Chauvin a new trial. Or if it could. That was such a strange and extremely biased trial and I would’ve thought any judge worth their salt would’ve declared a mistrial.
I have a friend who to this day believes it was all set up to spark rioting.
But I was just curious. I personally would love to see Kanye crush that greedy family in court.
Alex Jones
The lawyer doing this lawsuit specifically named Alex Jones as precedent.
With Alex Jones, the lawsuit at least pretended to be based on valid legal theories. The major problem with the Alex Jones lawsuit is that it was unlawful to hold him responsible for the actions of his listeners. That was the "cheating" leap the court and jury made to get him. However, that kind of point was at least in the realm of arguably that Alex Jones "intended" to set his listeners on the families like a pack of dogs. He didn't, but the jury can lie and say he did to rationalize what they really did - which was to hammer Alex Jones because they want to censor him.
This Kanye suit drops all pretense. It amounts to "thou shalt not speak ill of the magic negro on pain of confiscation of everything you own".
Buried in a gold sarcophagus like a pharaoh (cuz he wuz a kang an shiet)
And his grave has armed guards 24/7 because just like the pyramids, Africans will raid his tomb the second that no one is around to stop them
It's also unlawful to disallow a defendant any defence. Plus I'm pretty sure we're not allowed to advocate violating the law as a legal theory and the guy outright advocated to violate the constitution
Crap. You are right. Didn’t a rapper say if Jones can be sued like that then why not the people who pushed covid misinformation
Anyone who disagrees with the regime can be sued liked that. In the 80s, the Institute for Historical Review put out a $50k reward for anyone that could prove the holocaust happened and a jewish man sued them for it. The judge simply declared the holocaust to be undeniable fact, then ordered IHR to pay him the original $50k offer plus $100k for damages. You don't have to agree with IHR about the holocaust to recognize they got screwed by the courts.
