There is a deep rot that had many roots in some forms of Catholicism
'social justice'. Where did it start? Look it up, it's catholic. Liberation theology? Catholic. There is a deep rot and has been for 80 odd years. The jesuits are entirely fallen, they are beings of the modern world and hold far too much sway over it.
At the same time the traditional catholics are the most sensible, keeping traditions alive from the old church, archiving our heritage
I look at modern churches and I weep, for they seem utterly devoid of the divine. Ugly modern buildings, ugly modern songs, no history, no tradition. That's not to say that these things are all strictly necessary. I do believe that after war, and in new lands, anything including your closet will do. But when you do opt to build something, buildings are made with purpose, and its a reflection of it. It should all be done in glory to God. I really do believe the future of christianity is with a more traditional group that understands this.
Perhaps the orthodox as you say. But I'm unwilling to throw the baby out with the bathwater. They came for Catholicism for a reason. They targeted it and infiltrated it with a foul purpose. It is not an institution we can allow the enemy to hold sway over.

100%
Liberation theology is a horrific example of neo-Marxist subversion of Christianity, corrupting the sacred with the profane . . . with demonstrated evil, in fact.
Mass in the vernacular is also a sign of the capitulation of a large chunk of Catholics to neo-Marxist social justice. All that touchy-feely bullshit smuggled in by closet Unitarians and atheist wolves in sheep's clothing. Forgiving your tormentors without attribution to the Trinity ain't Christian. It arises from any number of neuroses. I would bet 90% of the cases of public virtue signalling come not from compassion but from self-aggrandizement, from ego, from demonstrations of fake piety.
Shitty modern church architecture is also a symptom of this trend. No mistake that it mimics ugly Soviet-style "functionality." The same impulse that burns a cathedral erects these monstrosities,

You are correct, but it isn't Catholic. It's the opposite. Such reforms and "social justice" started as Protestant movements. Fake Catholics inherited it in an effort to keep people from leaving the faith like 80 years ago. A totally stupid and failure of a move, obviously.

I agree.
