"The n word" is used to mean "man." Especially, but not necessarily, black men. Interestingly, at least in my experience, it is not applied to women. Not by blacks. So every time you or I might use the word "guys" or "some guy" or "man" in the surfer sense, any variation like that you get n-word.
I've noticed there's also a tendency to repeat the same phrase over and over in lieu of actually saying something beyond an initial thought. You'll see it a lot in fighting game commentary, usually from some of the small time commentators.
It’s up to you the worth. If you believe your life matters then why do you need someone else to affirm it? Also who kills the most black ppl?
