"The n word" is used to mean "man." Especially, but not necessarily, black men. Interestingly, at least in my experience, it is not applied to women. Not by blacks. So every time you or I might use the word "guys" or "some guy" or "man" in the surfer sense, any variation like that you get n-word.
I've noticed there's also a tendency to repeat the same phrase over and over in lieu of actually saying something beyond an initial thought. You'll see it a lot in fighting game commentary, usually from some of the small time commentators.
