reverse the politics and this would be front page national news for weeks, and the kids name would be on the lips of every lib and taught in schools.
Prosecutors allege moments before he was killed, 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson called his mom to come rescue him because 41-year-old Shannon Brandt was chasing him in the city of McHenry, where the street dance had just wrapped up. By the time she could get there, her son was dead.
Court papers show Brandt called 911 around 2:30 a.m. Sunday and told the 911 dispatcher that he just hit Ellingson, claiming the teen was part of a Republican extremist group
This is the foreseeable result of left wing radicalization. This idiot was revved up by lib propaganda online until he murdered an innocent kid over it. The blood is on the hands of every lib propaganda/media organization.
A judge ordered Brandt held on $50,000, which he objected, saying he's not a flight risk. "I have a job, a life and a house and things I don't want to see go by the wayside — family that are very important to me," Brandt told the judge.
He's a clear murderer and bail is 50k? Dude you get 50k bail for farting too loudly in public here in California. Murder is usually no bail, or 500k+.
That's the minimum. I'm assuming homicide could be a life sentence.
Keep in mind that that minimum also applies to people who accidentally kill someone, I think. In some states, that's considered homicide if you're impaired. If you're not impaired, it's not even necessarily a crime. I know of someone who killed someone by accident dead sober and was never charged.

I was wondering what you would say about this. The charge is probably the reason for the low bail.
Really needs to be upgraded.
