I mean in the case of the japanese it makes sense. Thanks to the atomic bomb, I like to think their genes were "reset", hence why many beta-males in both cultures indulge in that weird anime crap.
He just wants an excuse to bash weebs because anime makes him feel insecure.
Only like a small fraction of Japanese were put out of the gene pool by the atomic bomb.
