Nah, I've made new accounts with google voice in the past year. You just need to be sure you've wiped all your cached data/cookies and probably should be running a VPN when you make and use the account so they can't tie it back to your previously banned one at all
Oh Ok. I didn't do any cache clearing or anything, but I used a different phone number, and I wasn't like auto-banned or anything. Back when I used to create an account without a phone number, those would get banned pretty regularly.
Announcing that you were the one who did it on a platform that demands a phone number is not being anonymous.

You can be relatively anon on Twitter with a burner. Twitter won't know who you are. Someone might be able to track you.
Last time I tried, though, Google voice and such were blocked. You have to actually go buy a burner. I did so with cash at a big box store.
