It's not about ownership, it's about what Israel's objectives are for securing themselves in the Middle East.
I would say that Israel is an excellent tool for keeping Arab States from going fucking ballistic and blowing themselves up, and at least Israel could be useful in countering Pan-Arabism Socialism, but for the most part it's just Israel being able to pressure American politicians in getting both "Liberal" and "Conservative" governments in Israel some amount of power or security.
Being a prosperous, competent, and militarily excellent state in the Arab world is... uh... a rare commodity that each faction wants to exploit for their own reasons, but typically Israel tends to benefit from most of the exchanges despite even American Security state efforts.
Fundamentally, this is because Israel has been acting like Trump since 1949: they don't give a shit about what anyone else thinks, they're doing whatever they are going to do for the best interests of Israel first. Even in defiance or outrage of Internationalist American or European jews.
The problem is these people don't run just israel, they run the USA and every major bank as well.
Well yeah, State Syndicalism is very attractive to authoritarians. The Fabians Socialists will destroy Israel just as they will destroy the US, UK, France, and Germany because their vision of the future is an Airport: a lounge for the Platinum Pass members, and a glorified, over-priced, police-state run bus station for the proles.
I kind of agree (about every country naturally acting in their own best interest) but on the other hand I don't see why we should care if the Middle East wants to create a Pan-Arab Socialist Empire. I don't like socialism but if they do that's their business.
Trump was also one of the most successful presidents in securing peace negotiations in the region and ensuring safety for Israel. And you know who was one of the first countries to congratulate Biden on his "win"? Israel.
It's the nature of Leftism. Because it's parasitical, it can only survive through expansion, not development. This means that you either rebuff it, or are conquered by it. You can never live alongside it. If you attempt to simply distance yourself, you will discover that they need to conquer you to survive or the power-bubble bursts. This means that even a strategy of containment is death to Leftism. A Pan-Arab Socialist Empire is even more dangerous than an Ottoman one.
Also, we did need cheaper oil, and fuck OPEC.
So was the UK. So was Canada. It's not too unlikely for a country to do that when it appears that the press in that country are declaring a winner. But, don't that the Israelis are still fighting the same internationalism that everybody is. I doubt anyone here has strong feelings of support for Benjamin Netanyahu, but he was basically narrowly deposed by a Leftist coalition, led by a party that Wikipedia refers to with: "seeks to represent what it considers the center of Israeli society: the secular middle class." Along with holding ideologies such as: "Liberalism, Secularism, Anti-clericalism, Liberal Zionism, Third Way" which screams "Neo-Liberalism". The fact that they are one of the single most vaccinated countries in the world also makes me thing that these guys are WEF puppets.
To manage (((interests))) on the ground in the Middle East you mean? Everything America does in the Middle East is for Israel, America fights Israel's wars for them. Israel itself is the destabilizing agent in the Middle east.
well jews always think they're the victim when they're not. Its not America that owns Israel's debt or banks or politicians the way israel does with America. Its israel that controls the politics in America not the other way round. Its America that fights and dies in wars for Israel not the other way round .Its America that gives billions of dollars to Israel not the other way round
Ok, and? Who gives a shit. Let them fight it out among themselves and then we buy oil from the one who wins. All our intervention has done is drag a conflict that would've ended decades ago out into the current day.
In fairness, I think Israel does much more to unite Arab-Persian interests against both Israel and the US.
A strong Israel means that the Arabs and Persians can't dominate MENA like the Turks did, but it doesn't mean they won't try to unify against a perceived common, foreign, enemy. Mostly because they did, several times. They might be called the Arab-Israeli Wars, but that doesn't mean that the Persians didn't stick their dick in it too.
Correction: Saudi forces are an Arab military. They are exactly what should be expected.
