lmao. Do they think medieval clothes/armour are "coded black"? And music? Where the fuck did he "hear" what they were listening to? I have a hard time imagining black people listening to lutes/mandolins. They even have 1 darker and 2 lighter-toned characters as if they have both "black and white" sub-groups like we do. Sheer projection.
It's more their backstory. They were captured by a wizard who intended to sell them as slaves.
So they see all slaves as inherently black too- that's not a point in their favour. Monkeys, Orcs, slaves; they have a worse outlook on blacks than ConPro.
