Those shows are targeting zoomers who do not have the attention span required to process anything that lasts over 2 minutes. As a result the audience consists of older generations who can easily see through the shitty writing, acting, production etc.

Zoomers probably are okay with the woke stuff but outside of attention they do not have any spare money to throw at subscriptions. This is not a problem of entertainment only (see marriage, housing & holiday industries).
