I know the thread title is sarcastic but I honestly can't understand how someone doesn't get bored with this ideology. There is no depth there at all. Once you complete a few years of indoctrination, you continue having summits to, what? Say the same old things over and over again? Is there something compelling about an endless pity party? What do the participants really get out of it?
Stop thinking about it as an intellectual movement. Start thinking about it as a religious movement. Here, let me make a few changes to what you wrote, and see if it sounds more logical.

Is there something compelling about an endless pity party hearing the same watery sermons over and over? What does the participants congregation really get out of it?
The Death Cult is a twisted, corrupt Christianity. Just like most Christians never go beyond reading their Bibles in Sunday school, most wokies never actually read their holy books. They're there as a social event, to signal that they belong.
Because it becomes their everything. They can't even comprehend an outside, and live in perpetual fear of banishment. That's why the social conditioning is so strong, and why today's inmates are tomorrow's guards. The entire range of available options--available behavior--at any and every turn, only contains actions only inside the game. Outside doesn't exist...or is akin to death.
Many years ago, the very last time I saw one of my best friends from high school, was at a gathering of these people. There was Wii bowling, half-hearted ironic karaoke, cards against humanity, settlers of cataan, and craft microbrews. East coast former prep-kids with vocal fry and west coast speech-patterns griped about motherfucking everything under the Sun.
These were young professionals, probably the minimum salary 60-80k just a couple years out of college, acting like the loseriest arrested development spoiled, petulant babies I've ever been surrounded by. Every conversation was simultaneously the dullest conversation I've ever had. My wife and I, having actual interesting things going on in our lives, and friends who were not these people, were not versed in the lingo and the rules of the game. We got a lot of upturned noses, and that face: that gaping fish-mouth half-sneer you so often see from the female of this species.
The friend, the high school friend who brought us, quietly deleted us from her social media shortly after, not a word then, not a word since, more than a decade ago. The enclave had deemed us unacceptable I guess. So much for the 10 years of friendship. More with my wife, who had been best friends with her since middle school. Maid of honor at our wedding, even.
This was early on in the woke cult's blossoming, so for a long time it was just one of those mysteries. But now I've seen it happen to others numerous times, in life, in online forum communities, in MMO guilds, in gaming groups. It's a cult alright, or call it a religion if you like. It's shitty and dangerous as fuck, and it gobbles up lives, chewing up what's supposed to be the best years, the most productive years, of their lives. It's a grotesquerie, and quite possibly the end of our civilization.
Tax writeoff and make it look like you are doing something. Governments don't solve problems, they pay people to solve them or to make it look like they are.

Their obsession with killing babies is proof.

I agree but you see authors get lots of money to give speeches on this nonsense
