Took a look at the Texas appeals court recently due to the Alex Jones civil trial. This was entirely predictable if you look at the judges. To my understanding, his next step would be the Texas Supreme Court if they’ll take. Rekieta Law has a stream breaking it down, I haven’t had a chance to check it out myself yet but here’s the link.
My impression was that Rekieta's take is that it's over.
He also had Vic's lead attorney, Ty Beard on, who admitted that he fucked up and were going to file a motion to reconsider to the court pointing out procedural errors, but it was hopeless.
I wonder if I we can apply any pressure to get them to take the case. We need to politicize this. At the very least change the law to make it harder to defame people. (easier to win these lawsuits)
Best advice I heard was “Be Loud”. The more public pressure, the more they’ll feel an obligation to take the case. Texas Supreme Court judges are up for election every 6 years

I half paid attention to most of that stream.

Yeah, Vic had an okay shot under great circumstances. Beard turned that shot into worthless with his continuous fuckups.
