Third prong is not just implausible but it is impossible.
The left took over the major institutions when the institutions were politically neutral or centrist, no one who is currently to the right of Marx can get high enough to successfully take over any major institution.
The solution is to build parallel institutions while discrediting current institutions and pushing them to total collapse.
There will be a time when "taking over" is viable, but definitely not in the near future. That would probably be more like looting them after they've collapsed though.

I agree. This could work. Conservative institutions can market themselves as alternatives to woke colleges while cutting tuition costs via stripped-down administrations.
Catholic/Jesuit schools that have not yet been compromised (are there any?) would be natural leaders here.
I did one of my degrees at a Jesuit school many years ago and they had woke anti-White/Anti-Male elements even then.
As someone who previously worked in academia, I know colleagues who currently teach at Catholic schools and almost all of them are horrific woke leftists.
Catholic schools are now almost as woke as the Jesuit schools.
There are very few non woke universities, even the religious ones are mostly woke.
The reason I say take over, is because I am very pessimistic about the prospects for parallel institutions. I'm all for it, but I don't see it being successful.
I think there should be a three-pronged strategy.
Third may seem implausible. But how plausible did it seem that the worst people in the world would manage to take them over to begin with?
I agree with both of the first two prongs.

Every Jesuit school is extremely woke.

That's a shame. Need to start from scratch.
Aren't we optimistic today.
