This is the natural and logical evolution to the entire "theory" of privilege. The next step is outright forbidding whites from being hired in the first place. After all, every position that's filled by a white person is a position that could have gone to a pee-oh-see instead. And white people are so privileged that they can easily get another job without any effort anyway (even though we made it illegal for them to even get hired).

This is de facto the case for normal white men in significantly sized organization and has been for at least 3 decades. Only nepotism and cronyism gets white men hired and promoted, never open hiring.
And only white men can ever get fired for cause. Everyone else can only get shuffled around or maybe "laid off" in a firing wave that also includes white men.

Every decent software product in the world is held up by 6 guys anyways (if not 1..). You can have a lot of adjacent people and possibly even make use of. Point being, you don't need a lot if you can find a few.
