Female workers are overwhelmingly leftist, and leftists are insanely biased in hiring and promotion. Not sure how you can separate the gender from the politics, but that sorta says it all, right?
Well, if they were only hiring leftists, you'd expect them to hire leftist men as well. The figures are so skewed towards women that it can't be a political bias, it has to be a gender bias.
67% of HR are female? This has to be wrong, the HR from the last 2 employers where over 90% women. One had literally one HR guy, just one and even that I suspect was a manlet
Except we have bills to pay and a life to live. I dread of when I am older, I've already went thru 2 mass layoffs where all the downsize were white older males in their 50s. On top of that I have doubts anyone is going to be giving me a chance in tech in my 50s.
My future looks bleak but who knows maybe things will change in the future.
I was talking about giving the "extra mile". In your case, if you had been working in a company that fired all its old white employees, then the next time you see "that inefficiency in the process", "that bug in the code that no one noticed before", etc, you just do nothing! You are not compromising your salary or daily life, you are just not helping the system get away with its obvious discrimination against you. This is very similar to what Soviet workers used to do.
To be fair though, both of the industries he chose were terrible for this experiment. Computer Science is heavily male dominated for good reason. These companies are searching for women to balance out the men, mostly because they have to. So obviously women will get more attention, because they already have a lot of men.
Restaurant industry? Come on. Of course they would rather have female servers or hostesses. The man is the one most likely cooking the food. I don't think this proves anything by itself.
I fail to see why this is a bad experiment. It clearly shows a huge bias in those industries.
Gender should have no relevance in computer science so discriminating against men is just 100% pure evil.
Restaurant industry is great to highlight their hypocrisy, they claim meritocracy does not matter and everything should be 50-50% and at the same time holding that women are better servers or hostesses then men.
The 2 fields he chose are perfect.
I've yet to see any field that favors men in anyway. I could see the left pushing for more men nurses just so they can emasculate us further. But that is about it.
What’s wrong with a bias? Construction is heavily biased towards males for obvious reasons. A strip club hires mostly female strippers for equally obvious reasons. Despite what they are trying to do, computer science is heavily biased towards (white) males because it is a field that requires competence.
There’s nothing wrong with bias, including when companies favor women over men. We do it all the time without blinking, but when some company tries to artificially promote women, men cry about it.
Honestly, who cares? If they aren’t the best people for the job, then the company’s output will reflect that.

In other news, no one is willing to work in hellish co-ed office environments anymore and worker shortages are sweeping the nation.

It is up to men to sabotage their companies if they are indeed discriminated against. They aren't some defenseless creatures.

I'm still a long way to being in the age category to feel threatened so I hold hope that this woke nonsense will dial down in the future.
If your company already uses any CRT practices like race based hiring, your time will come eventually.
They definitely do. I know it will come eventually. It will fuck my life big time

Neither of that is bias, both are merit you also ignore the entire point
Bias just means there is a preference one way or the other, so they are definitely examples of it.
I have no idea what point you are trying to make anymore
