It really is astonishing the inability of women to take responsibility for their actions in the professional workplace.
I wish I hadn't seen it so often but they seem to prioritize avoiding blame instead of working together to overcome a problem.
I don't think she's avoiding blame here. I think she genuinely believes it because it's something she would do.
The way feminism characterizes men is simple projection of how women would/do act with that power.
