This is a fucking nightmare.
Does this really mean that all of these illegals from these dropped case automatically can get a green card and then in five years they can all apply for citizenship?
If so it would make it so 2028 and every Presidential election onwards is nothing but perpetual wins for the Dems even without any fraud.
The article is not clear on whether all of these dropped cases illegals can just instantly apply for a green card.
Not at the moment, the law is still the law. But, if the dems retain power...
It's not that easy, as you have to have been on a legit visa to apply for permanent residency. However, having been convicted of entering the country would otherwise prevent you from applying for a green card. So it is helping them.
No see, here's the neat part, they "pre-fraud" the election so they don't have to go through the effort every 2-4 years.
THERE IS NO POLITICAL SOLUTION
This was nothing but an attempt to erase american culture and create a low-paid serf class. That's why all the dems and many of the republicans support it, they don't have to worry, they're too rich for it to effect them negatively.
I went through two years of paperwork and a trip to the US Embassy in London to get a green card.
Turns out I could've just broken the law and disrespected your country the moment I arrived.
