I feel like the little bit of exercise I do actually gives me time. It gives me so much more energy to just be that little bit in shape that I don't get tired in the same way. That's outside of all the other benefits of exercise too. Making a tiny bit of regular exercise a priority essentially changed my life.
But these aren't exactly people capable of high level thought we are talking about.
Well yeah, when you don't exercise, it will be too short to exercise.

At this point the gym is the best part of my day and I would burn harder and more often if I could recover faster.
