I feel like there are existing laws against this that can be used today.
Indecency with a child by contact is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years of incarceration, a fine of up to $10,000, or both. Indecency with a child by exposure is a third-degree felony, which in Texas means you could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison and a fine.
The problem is that LEO and prosecutors are too cucked to arrest and prosecute. They aren't going to apply any of the new ones either.
Parents and/or teachers that are inflicting this on children need to be charged as well.
Yes it is, they were in a bar. Nobody under 21 in a bar in Texas. period. Much less young children - I've never seen it.
There are food service requirements for a business to be a restaurant/bar into which children may go. This place meets none of of those requirements and is clearly a an adults-only bar.
Everything about it was already against the law. DPD was protecting them.

Drag queens, disgusting as they are, aren't usually exposing themselves to children.
But I agree they won't enforce the law no matter how it's written.
Yeah, this isn't really a criminal violation when there isn't nudity, and it's done with the consent of the parents, and it's not in public.

I meant in general, not this specific case. I've already said elsewhere, it's illegal to take minors to comedy clubs and bars.
However, what we've seen recently is a whole slew of drag shows "for kids" in schools, libraries, etc.
