Wouldn't a sex therapist just validate his desire to chop it off? I don't know much about that particular subfield of therapy but I don't see any reason to believe it's less pozzed than the rest of the field. If anything I'd suspect they're even more degenerate than the rest of the field.
I know what they're supposed to do. My question is whether they do what they're supposed to do or push woke degeneracy like the rest of them do. The mental health industry isn't exactly known for being based, to drastically understate the problem.

There are still some TERFs in the field, like Debra Soh. She doesn't seem to hate men either. You'd need to vet them somehow.
Except TERF is an insult by trans activists. I'm not saying she is self-proclaimed.
Sex therapists are supposed to help you learn how to have sex again after you had trauma or some other mental disorder.
