Anyone has a statistic on how many girls play it, I can't seem to find one?
I do not remember being a ton of girls, you could play for weeks and not get one girl but there looks to be a lot of people suggesting that a lot of girls are playing, even getting 4/5 girls in one team.
Granted I've not showed any interest in Valorant since the release rush so I do not know how it is now.
Proportional to other shooters, Valorant has quite a few women. Can't really find hard numbers, but I speculate women play it over other shooters because for whatever reason they love League of Legends and by extension, Riot Games.
Is strange because some are saying they are seeing women all the time while others that they see one once every few month. I guess it depends on what tier you are playing.
Not having a statistic makes me suspicious, virtue signaling rules state that if the girl count was high they would be bragging about it. I've not yet seen any shooter where female participation was high, I think Overwatch had a higher then average female participation but with a majority of girls playing support. Valorant did not seem support friendly.
The Valorant one is interesting.

And girls still don't play them. Shooters are not a girls domain and never will be, no matter how much they push for it
Yup. Most girls can't handle competition. It's why they tear each other down behind their backs after acting cordially face to face.
FPS games are very competitive so it's no wonder why they're dominated by men.
