If Putin wanted to attack them, he'd hit them with a number of hypersonic missiles. This is more than likely the wealthy realizing what they are doing to the world is becoming known. They are becoming afraid of the common man now. If they keep this shit up, they had better hope those Swiss planes don't sneak aboard air ground missiles to give them the warm reception they will earn in death but on Earth.
