Technically that's true. There's no legal rape law for women to rape a man, it's sexual assault and offers the same punishment options in a case of forced penetration. In clown world they're right, in the real world they're obviously not.

Oh, no, the biological male in question was still fully biologically male.
But they had the right ideology, and so the NHS decided to get involved in law enforcement.
