Since they are so burdened with disabilities, they should therefore be reduced in what they are able to do and should earn less. Nothing with too much stress, nothing with too much physical activity, nothing with long hours, so any position of management, directorial, coordinating, no law or financial, nothing that requires them to do anything that they suddenly have to take a week off of every month. Low-skilled, menial labor and customer service positions should be reserved exclusively for them and other disabled workers. This also means formerly mostly female positions like teaching are now barred from employing women, can't have them missing so many days, it's a distraction and disruption to the classroom.
Barring women from teaching would be a good trade off for this.
I work in a female dominated industry with females above me in the organizational chart. I approve this message.
