The sad part is you cannot even discuss that like with them "What is moral about murdering babies?", because they are so far gone that they truly believe they're not babies until after birth.
They tend to shut down entirely if you actually make the effort and insist on referring to it as "murdering babies". The cognitive dissonance is too much because they know that killing children is a vile act.
"viability" is a misdirection
all babies will die without outside assistance
the paradox of the heap destroys that argument pretty much immediately. The baby is either alive and human immediately or never.
An 80 year old man is also a clump of cells, it's just a matter of scale at that point.

I used to be a lot more sympathetic towards their argument for early term abortions.
But over the past two or three years my respect for this has soured after seeing how adamant they are in demanding the right to abortions up to the third trimester, and witnessing how they seem to be abusing abortions as means of contraception.
Look up how many abortions were done in the past year.
The number will make you angry.
