I'm not a MGTOW but it was always funny to me how people tried to link the MGTOW and Incel movements, for obvious reasons, when MGTOW was never anything but "begone vile woman and leave me the fuck alone". There are various individual opinions among its followers like any group, but in general they don't advocate for anything and yet they still get banned in places. Women literally can't stand you criticizing or doing anything without them. Even supposedly non-feminist men attack them for some reason.
I think Imp's controversial reputation here has a lot to do with the anti-MGTOW sentiment on this site. I've found that the community is very receptive to MGTOW ideas when they're not caught up in the fights between Imp and his detractors.
MGTOW is very blackpill, and wallowing in darkness is not how you defeat anything. Imp catches shit because his worldview isn’t just dysgenic - it’s as dysgenic as it is possible to be. His ideas, followed closely, lead precisely to immediate extinction. With no plan to build for the future, the only alternative is meaningless hedonism. That’s no way for men to live.
MGTOW men generally think women are emotional, superficial and aren't worth the effort. They don't think that women need to be avoided because they are coordinating of a vast conspiracy to destroy men .
