He's called "Pedo Pat" by some because he was booted as leader from the Ontario provincial conservative party after a sex scandal involving girls under the legal drinking age (they were technically above age of consent but 1 lied about her age at least once so who knows...)
He's trying to fame himself as a victim of cancel culture over that, even though he and several members of his team attempted to cancel Jim Karahalios twice: https://twitter.com/mtmdiamond/status/1503042004875362307

Patrick Brown: "when COVID lockdowns threaten the freedoms of families, and businesses... I was one of the only big city mayors to speak out" See our report catching him red handed breaking his own COVID rules: http://SneakyPatrick.com

He was also one of the first ones to hire private security to monitor playgrounds as if putting up fences wasn’t enough. Issued record number of Covid-19 violation fines in the first months of the pandemic. He failed to wear a mask in a city facility, but no fines for him.

He put chain link fences around the soccer fields and then used private security to guard the chain link fenced off soccer fields. All while he kept an ice surface in a public facility where he and his friends could play hockey in private. Brown is rewriting his own history.
He arrested a Rebel reporter for catching him in the act (after falsely accusing him as claiming to be with another outlet) for trespassing. A case he lost: https://www.rebelnews.com/sneaky_patrick_brown_loses_again_judge_tosses_trespass_charge_against_david_menzies
Came to find this.
Lying women and lying CTV is a point in his favor, not against.
Rest of the points just show him to be a lying politician.
Fuck these toonies, and all aboard for Pierre.
I like Pierre, but don't think he'll change anything.
None of the federal conservatives have done anything to oppose mandates, lockdowns or over-reach. He's just hopping on the trucker band-wagon.
The only conservative MP who did, Derek Sloan, was kicked from the party. O'Toole, the last leader also kicked some candidates for this before the election.
The interim leader Bergen was pretending they always cared about and supported informed consent. They did support giving themselves raises while many people were out of work.
Provincial conservative parties were no better. Alberta and Saskatchewa were the last to "fold," but they already built the infrastructure for the passports before the government admitted they were going to be a thing. They've also been heavy handed since coming out as authoritarians.
