I can't understand how anyone takes this as a victory of any sort.
On top of that from what I've heard the asset freezing thing has been rendered as a full power of the office, however because it's Canada and their government makes no sense whatsoever I'm not entirely sure if that's true or not.

But so far it's just talk. They have to actually pass these laws through Parliament, when they haven't even drafted a bill yet.
They still control enough votes in Parliament through their WEF compromised politicians to pass any legislation they want, but they don't have the power to do crazy things until at least they pass the bill first.
They got a little drunk on power with their one week trial subscription to ruling by decree without due process or a constitution, but they have to go back to playing by the house rules again for now.
