I just find it weird how fast you showed up.

There's probably a concept that encompasses this and the other side of the coin which is:

Replies too soon/always on/no lifers.
Never replies/avoids discussion.

Both are sides of the same coin/fallacy and are used as an attempt to deflect, as you've done exactly here again, rather than engage in a topic.

The gaming version is:

Anyone better than me is a no lifer.
Anyone worse than me is a scrub.
