Same as why strikes are “an emergency”, but the riots weren’t. They literally only care about big business. “Mom and Pop businesses” can go to hell, as far as the vested interests/usual suspects are concerned… 😑

BLM riots weren't a a threat to establishment power. The truckers are.
I feel like "threat" is to strong of a word. I think you can see the the blm stuff wasn't even a mild inconvenience.
