Comment Approved: I need more evidence that this is an intentional falsehood. This appears to be a dissertation on the history of sex crimes in National Socialist controlled territories. Though it does not appear to include significant primary source evidence, it does seem to be a literary review.
Even if I were to assume it was false, it doesn't really meet a threshold of being an intentional fabrication.
