He never got his day in court because the judge essentially looked at the filing in June and said "I don't have jurisdiction on such matters" and asked him to make a new filing.
Meanwhile, he permanently closed all of his restaurants and there's no word on future hearings.
The City of Toronto and the corrupt courts never were exposed by the light of day.

We NEED you to follow through with the cases, people who can afford to. To set the damn legal precedent. Otherwise we all fucking lose out. 😑
