I'm just going to play devil's advocate here so we're being fair, since we're men and fairness and justice are things we care about.
Working from home vs. being in the office is different for getting promoted. I, a man, used to work by myself (remotely) to a department on the other side of the country. I always got passed over by promotions, recognition in the office, etc... Not because I was less competent but because I didn't have an opportunity to always be top of mind. When I'm at meetings, I call in, while everyone else is sitting around a table and joking around. It is quite different. People who work remotely will have less of an advantage and it doesn't have to do with sucking dick.
With all that being said. Women should not be working anyway and if women work they should always be in lesser roles than men. Equality between men and women in the workforce is decadent.
Maybe but from what I read it gave me the impression of:
women are victims and we need more representation/ special privileges in positions of power/ highly payed jobs. They are not even victims here but potential victims.
I would love that all women in corporate would be held on the same standard as guys for a couple of month. FTMs do not seem to be very happy with their "male privilege".
Is that because you can't accuse someone of rape over Microsoft Teams...yet. I'm sure they'll find a way to get around Teams recording everything to avoid that exact situation.
It's because feminism is corporate funded and they carefully avoid attacking anything that would hurt corporate in general. Feminism is a way for them to push things corporate wants without id's corporate as the villain. They've shifted "no dating among employees because it distracts from their work" from the boss to feminism. Your boss may want to have his junk tugged off but the big corporate office finds that awarding jobs based on who can blow the best hurts productivity so they're against it. Sure they waste some money on hiring women but those women are useful in breaking male employee groups that start to function on their own. Etc, etc, etc.
They're happy to push these ideas if it doesn't hurt the corporate bottom line just look at "Mother Alleged She Was Virtually Groped in Attack Inside Facebook's Metaverse". You think "oh that's an attack" but in some ways it's marketing towards people who hadn't heard about the metaverse.
Corporate has been trying to push the cost off office space onto employees for forever. As much as I dislike feminists, I feel like the feminist narrative has been more inline with the corporate narrative of pushing that financial stuff onto employees on this one.
You demand women be made into walking weapons in the workplace, the only way to protect yourself from them is work from home right?
Feminists can go to hell, blaming anyone else for their evil is illogical.
But the vax mandates only work if people go back to the office.
I mean, that's how I feel. I've never been happier with work than when I got put remote and no longer had to walk through a fucking minefield to appease terrible people.
Lol who do you think funds them? Feminists are bankrolled by someone, individuals don't have this kind of reach outside of billionares. Every feminist narrative carefully aligns with corporate interests.
But the vax mandates only work if people go back to the office.
I don't think they care, it's about power and control, forcing people to do things that don't even make any sense is a power trip.

The most happy I've been at work was with cool coworkers and cool bosses.
The 2nd most happy I've been at work is with cool coworkers and not so great bosses.
The worst place I've worked I was the only person in that office everyone else was remote. It was horrible and terrifying.
Working around people was rather fun 10 years ago, before this shit-show meltdown.
Can't suck the boss' dick through a zoom call
Or say he forced you to.

Turbo-based, brother.
The article says nothing. One bitch is worried that some women may decide not to return to work in person.
No data, no facts just victimhood.
You're missing the hint.
Why would women progress less outside of the office? Because there's something they do that doesn't work over the Internet.

I know what that is.

I'm a little surprised the left had the restraint to avoid putting out articles like these:
"Why popping up a Teams message on a Woman's window is rape."
"Why not messaging Women enough in Teams is rape."
"Why online meetings are rape."
