I’m not sure I find this “funny”, but it certainly is, uhh, disturbing…
It’s definitely good, though, OP, I give you that! And you’re right that they definitely wouldn’t allow it to pass, today... But it is far too disturbing to be funny, for like, 90% of the sketch, in my book… 😑
If you watch enough old SNL you'll realize that a lot of their skits aren't as much comedy as they are opportunities to indoctrinate their audience into topics of homosexuality, transgenderism, communism, hedonism and satanism. It's easy to look at the old skits and say it's innocent and edgy for their time, but then all of those topics are here in the now and politically empowered and growing, aren't they?
Horror as comedy is an interesting flex…

Maybe it's not funny to you cause this skit is reality now and this is how doctors are now

Anyone know the name of the female actor? I'd like to look her up and see if she's been raked across the coals or if she's publicly repented, etc.
Nora Dunn.
The reporter, you mean..?
It’s not a young Tea Leoni, is it..?
Looks a little like her! At least in the face. 🤷🏻♂️
That is really, really sad.
You really have never seen Belushi do his samurai skits?
Or Norm Macdonald's Bob Dole?
