Rand Paul's wife is invested in pharma stock specifically Gilead Pharmaceuticals.
They make the poison that is Remdesivir. One of my relatives was given it as a treatment for COVID in the hospital and he died from the resulting organ failure. I couldn't even go to the funeral.

You're going to sit out elections for life if that's the criteria. ALL of them have very likely have gotten it as federal employees. They are still under Bidens mandates due to what their job is and where they do it.
The right needs people like DeSantis willing and able to tell the Feds to fuck off at a state level. Blue states need local leaders (most likely Sheriffs but other positions too) willing and able to tell the State to fuck off at a local level.
I'd much rather have Jeb as President and DeSantis telling him to fuck off than DeSantis as President and the D.C. bureaucracy telling him to fuck off the way they did Trump.

I know of nobody, and that's unfortunate. Really feels like we're alone. But I also think strong governors are more important than the presidency.
