Sometimes I think it would be worthwhile to have these women, the ones who've bought into this stupid notion that the sexes are equal, be forced to MMA fight an average man just once. It would be brutal, but I can think of no better way to get the point across, and it would be permanent. Saw this in a recent movie trailer and good grief it was the most immersion breaking thing I've seen in a while. It was utterly laughable especially when the premise I could gather was that these were just female secret agents. Not mutants, no super special training or other justification for why they were able to go up against linebacker-sized men in a straight up fight.
It's fiction but good fiction has to have a degree of verisimilitude.
