The working world, when it was male dominant, was 100x more fun to work in. Guys could "shoot-the-shit" with each other, say whatever they wanted and competitiveness was seen as fun not as "toxic". The work environment when it was male dominant made people better because the men would compete with one another and strive to improve. Work was actually a lot more "fun" and in some ways it was a "safe-space" for men to get away from all the drama and toxicity that existed in their personal lives.
Women have utterly destroyed the workplace. Men's lives are inarguably much worse with women in the workplace. Nothing good has come of this.
Except for the fact that they will undoubtedly report you to HR after about 8 minutes.
Don't dip your pen in company ink.
You can tell they're an older person by the fact they don't think this is common.
I think older men don't quite understand the level of deep hatred the average young woman holds.
Unfortunately, most women at work are either annoying to be around or married. You have a better chance of finding a good future wife in church.
Which is something the bad women who are looking for a human ATM also share in their communities, FYI. They're good at the tradwife act to get the ring.
Note that the chances of this are low. The whole "find a wife in church" thing is a meme. The women there are trash with respect to marriage and family too. Just with an added sense of moral superiority.
Edit: at the least I'd tack a giant Your Mileage May Vary to the suggestion
I've rarely seen work relationships workout. What I do see is a lot of marriages failing due to cheating with coworkers though.
Better to meet women at church, friends-of-friends and friends of the family.
Don't shit where you eat. Meet a woman at work and date her, sounds wonderful. What happens when it doesn't work out?
Best time I had was when those women were in a different department. Far enough away to not have to avoid the shared grind of work, close enough to get together to chat/lunch/etc casually.
