The working world, when it was male dominant, was 100x more fun to work in. Guys could "shoot-the-shit" with each other, say whatever they wanted and competitiveness was seen as fun not as "toxic". The work environment when it was male dominant made people better because the men would compete with one another and strive to improve. Work was actually a lot more "fun" and in some ways it was a "safe-space" for men to get away from all the drama and toxicity that existed in their personal lives.
Women have utterly destroyed the workplace. Men's lives are inarguably much worse with women in the workplace. Nothing good has come of this.
I don't know, being able to get people fired for nothing is a pretty fun hobby for them.
You know what's a more fun hobby? Spending one hour a day cooking and cleaning and doing whatever the hell you want the remaining 23 hours. Maybe change that to 4 and 20 if you have a brand new baby.
Women have no idea how good they had it. Their idea of oppressive patriarchal servitude is what men call "retirement".
Cooking an hour a day? Clearly you've never cooked full meals before. I spend 4-5 hours a day in the kitchen to do these things:
Make breakfast (30 minutes)
Make bread (30 minutes)
Prep for Supper (30 minutes, 1 hour for more difficult meals)
Make lunch (30 minutes)
Make Supper (1 hour, for simpler meals. Traditional meals take more time, 2-3 hours)
Manage the ferments (20 minutes)
Clean (30 minutes)
That doesn't include time spent getting and organizing the groceries. Note that I don't have the time necessary to make proper traditional meals like I would like, just simple things. So Soups, Casseroles, Roasts and so on. Prep includes things like homemade broths and stocks for those soups. For the traditional meals, double all the times.
Why do you do this?
You can skip half those meals and for "traditional" meals most of the prep time should be passive. Throw beans or lentils in a bowl to soak, put stuff in pot to stew, or brine things in a jar or bag.
You are incredibly inefficient in your cooking. You do not even need breakfast as none of your family are working in the fields. You can easily get away with a small lunch, a few protein snacks for variety, and a large dinner.
