That's the threshold that was used in a recent study in the British Medical Journal. I don't know if that cutoff was arbitrary or not.

Well, I guess more of it would still be in your system to help foster the heart problems' growth. Kinda like taking a shot of vodka once a day versus doing it hourly as to how it impacts your kidneys.
