Consent is already the only valid constraint on pretty much everything in leftism, including sexuality. And the only thing holding back the tide there is the idea that children cannot consent, which is weakened every day when children can have abortions and receive vaccinations without their parents' knowledge or consent.

Remember when they blasted Rush for that? They claimed he didn't believe in consent. Rush was really pointing out that they believe only in consent and no other factors.
One article that stuck with me a while back was a new mom explaining that she got her baby's consent before changing a diaper, with the goal that the young child would understand his bodily autonomy. I knew it was weird and wrong but couldn't articulate why. This is why. A baby consenting to a diaper change is about one short and curly away from a toddler consenting to penetration.
