High Guardian Spice seems like it was designed as a gateway series for girls who grew out of the intended Avatar/Korra/Steven Universe demographic who are interested in seeing something with even more of an anime aesthetic, enjoying it and then moving on to shows like the unedited version of Cardcaptor Sakura or Fruits Basket, both of which just happen to be on Crunchyroll.
What the fuck does this even mean? That Japanese series like Cardcaptor Sakura that first aired on US television decades ago are just so foreign and weird that girls need a "gateway" to get into it?
It's no wonder these people see racism in everything. They don't know anything else.
But korratards always brag about how mature it is 🤔

Do the know both are shoujo? aka girls from 7 to 18, the same demography as Avatar, tho' a lot of 20 somethings like Steven Universe too much for some reason 🤔

They inject their western worldview into those works and then act surprised when they are proven wrong. To give you an idea Yuri on Ice is not good gay rep, it was made by a female director for fujos
Edit: Fun fact, Raye Rodriguez, the show's creator watched too much Gravitation (no, the character isn't trans), a show that most of the tards from that thread would call problematic, she made a comic where she unironically calls herself an Uke (the passive one in a gay relationship) because she doesn't act nonbinary, she acts as "an anime character"
