The extent of Totalitarianism is quite severe.

Here are some notable points

• The "Opportunity Pass" reverses the roll of government such that only through it are you allowed to have rights, when approved.
• Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, J&J are approved to get the pass, note that other vaccines like NovaVax (Australia originating) and the Russian and Chinese vaccines are not.
• Unvaccinated individuals are allowed to use the pass so long as they they pay out of pocket for a lab test every 2 days.
• If you test positive, you and everyone you had contact with must isolate for 10 full days.
• Medical exemptions of the vaccines are only allowed in case of allergic reaction. OP's wife is pregnant and already has a disease that might cause her to have a severe reaction to the vaccine. The government rejected the doctors recommendation not to get the vaccine.
• "We are - still - gentle and polite. But therefore, we suffer because we do not stop the unvaccinated with the force of law and order. However, it can be done. We are at war. Let us reflect among ourselves and the coalition government on whether the state is really doing everything it can to fight the virus that is the anti-vaxxers."
• People without a pass have no access to 'non-essential' businesses. Going to a clothing store and purchasing clothing is non-essential. You are also banned from going to supermarkets as well. You may pick up groceries at a grocery store, though.
• People without a pass are not allowed to use a bank for more than 15 minutes in person.
• People without a pass are not allowed to read in libraries.
• Scheduled inpatient medical care is only allowed with the Covid Pass or certifications. Many clinics ban outpatient care without a Covid Pass
• Private industries are suspending employees without pay if they do not have a Covid Pass, rather than firing them outright.
• A new whole industry of Covid Pass Verifiers are springing up with special licences, as they are not trained as security guards.
• Government enforcers can spot check the entire restaurants and all customers in them at random for Covid Passes
• People without passes are not allowed to enter these businesses to use toilets, which effectively bars them from using toilets in public areas altogether due to the ubiquity of the demands.
• " The government gave people time to get vaccinated. But the pace of vaccination slowed down. Therefore, we had to impose restrictions unfortunately. These restrictions are a quarantine of the unvaccinated... Additional restrictions may be needed, but for now I hope to avoid this."
• "At my work, we had to indicate whether we have the Opportunity Pass. The next day, a list was posted publicly of everyone's Pass status. Turns out I'm the only one in my area who doesn't have the Pass. The only reason to post that list was to shame me."
