Well judging people by their race is what I was taught it meant. Or not liking someone or making assumptions based solely on race. You are always thorough.
Since there is an agenda to obsess over race today I feel they will constantly change the definition
I can almost guarantee the only reason this went anywhere is because the complainants could prove they were part Inuit and not just normal white girls. And even then, what did they actually get out of this? 100k in damages for being doxxed, harassed, fired from their jobs, and unlikely to even see that money as acknowledged by the judge because the cunt that incited the mob to target them is unemployed and broke.
IDK the law in Canada, but it's interesting the people who actually did the harm: employers rescinding job offers can't be held accountable. I guess no one is entitled to a job, and an offer can be withdrawn for any reason. How does that interact with the public sector, then, which these jobs seem to be?
I honestly don't know too much about employment law in either the public or private sphere. One of them was terminated from a public sector job due to the doxxing and targeted harassment though, and in the article the CBSA states they would not reinstate the one sister's job:
“All employees of the CBSA, regardless of tenure or position, are expected to conduct themselves in a way that upholds the integrity of CBSA programs by demonstrating professionalism in their day-to-day activities,” said a CBSA spokesperson by email. “The Agency has no intention of revisiting its decision in this case.”
They could probably be sued for wrongful dismissal or whatever but they are probably covered by acting "in good faith" or some other shit.
If it's a white person, or Indian I guess, they claim judgement and invite you to sue. If it's a black or Muslim invader, the case is automatically settled.
Racism against the judge. Bam.
I mean racism has a standard definition. Black people don’t have a monopoly on it

That’s true. Or look at the word gay meaning happy
