If Winds of Winter ever comes out will you read it? I am honestly surprised he doesn’t just admit that he has no interest. You don’t take on multiple projects if you care about finishing. At this point I’d respect GRRM if he just said I’m not finishing and here was my planned ending.

If it does come out I'll read it. I figure I will know if it's worth finishing few chapters in. Don't have anything to lose but time and I've read plenty of bad books.
I'm not going to pay for it, though. I'll either hop on the most likely long wait list and get it from the library or just pirate it.
